Sandfall

A waterfall that flows underwater...

The Sandfall combines a natural rock look with fascinating movement, transforming every aquarium into a living underwater landscape.
The striking structures, organically shaped surfaces and harmonious colour nuances are reminiscent of a rocky cascade over which a fine stream of sand flows continuously. This creates the impressive illusion of a real waterfall, completely underwater.
It is operated by an aquarium water pump. Inside the Sandfall, the water is fed upwards through an integrated channel, transporting the sand to the top of the decorative element. There it emerges and trickles evenly back down over the rock structure.
For an optimal, calm and even flow of sand, an aquarium pump (not included) with a delivery rate of approx. 400 l/h is recommended.
A portion of fine sand for the initial filling is included with the product and is tailored to the system. This makes commissioning easy and the desired waterfall effect is quickly achieved. If necessary, the sand can be easily replenished or replaced later.
Made of high-quality, water-neutral polyresin, the Sandfall is durable, colour-fast and absolutely safe for fish, shrimp and other aquarium inhabitants.
It blends harmoniously into aquascapes, themed aquariums or classic community tanks, adding movement, depth and a special atmosphere.

A steady water flow is crucial for a calm Sandfall effect.
Make sure to position the aquarium pump so that it continuously pumps water and does not suck in air. The intensity of the sand flow can also be finely adjusted via the pump output.
